1. Payment & Billing Policy

Eriksen Consulting PC operates with a high level of transparency regarding professional fees. By engaging our services, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Retainer Services: Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month and are due upon receipt. Services may be paused if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.
  • Hourly Engagements: Hourly consulting is billed in 15-minute increments. Detailed time-logs are provided with each invoice.
  • Automated Billing: For recurring family office support, we require that you provide payment method each time a payment is to be made. We do not store such information permanently.
  • Late Fees: Balances unpaid after 30 days are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the professional nature of accounting services, fees are based on the time and expertise needed for the job. Therefore:

  • Service Fees: All fees paid for professional time, reconciliation, and reporting are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. The final month of service will be billed in full.
  • Project Deposits: Deposits for Clean & Organize projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
